I’m a qualified ECO-PSYCHOLOGIST (MSC, PG DIP) SPECIALISING IN NATURE AND WELLBEING. I’M FASCINATED BY THE SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN HEALTH BENEFITS OF NATURE.

I CREATE MINDFUL OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES FOR INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES, AND RETREATS TO HELP ALLEVIATE STRESS, AND ESTABLISH INNER CALM.

I found that spending long hours staring at a screen was taking a toll on my wellbeing. That's why I created Wellbeing in Nature - to help you understand how being outdoors can make you feel happier and healthier. My goal is to help you maximize all the wellness benefits of nature and integrate them into your daily life.

I want you to get the most out of your outdoor experiences, which is why I combine therapy, coaching, and mindfulness techniques with the beauty of nature to provide you with an antidote to the mental fatigue of modern life.

  • For individuals my sessions are available as a one-off, or as a programme of 3 or 5. Group workshops are available as a one-off, quarterly or monthly. In our initial free consultation we can discuss what is right for you.

  • I believe in the philosophy that “there’s no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong outfits.” We make sure we have what we need to embrace the elements of nature (the right shoes, coat, sunglasses, water bottle etc). In dangerous weather conditions, we agree to reschedule.
